Welcome to Day 9 of my 90 Day Challenge!

Day 8 is up on YouTube.com and ready to view, rate, and comment on!

Today was a DYNAMITE day!

I made it to the gym for about an hour and half. I did 30 minutes of cardio - and it felt great! Today was also weigh in day. The good news is - I didn’t gain a pound! The bad news is - I didn’t lose a pound either! Now even though I have been hitting the gym - there’s A LOT of improvement I can do on the diet portion of my Fitness / Fuel Goals. So next week my weigh in should produce some results. I’m currently at 328lbs - and want to get down to 250lbs. So I have 78lbs to work off!

I needed to sit down and brainstorm with the artist and friend - Abdul Rashid - responsible for the caracatures you see on all my sites and profiles. Dul lives in Columbus - so I needed to hop in the car and take a drive down to the Capital City! Usually the trip is beautiful this time of the year because the leaves are changing - but they haven’t quite started yet - so I just got to enjoy the beautiful weather!

On the way there I heard a hilarious comment made by one of my favorite host - John Corby - on 610 WTVN. He was talking about Chicken Pot Pie and said, “How does something go from being frozen solid as a rock to HOT Magma? If you take a bite from one of these straight outta the oven - it’ll melt through the bottom of your jaw and right through the floor underneath you!” I was laughing so hard - I just about wrecked! If you’ve had one of those things - he’s dead on right! Good stuff!

Once I got to Columbus - it gave me an excuse to hit Easton Town Center. Click on the link I provided and check it out for yourself - it’s a really fun place to visit and shop at!

An while there - I have to visit one of my favorite tech locations - The Apple Store! Do you believe in love at first sight? I do! And when I made eye contact with the new iMac - I knew I’d just met my next computer! This thing is SEXY! And yes only a GEEK could think that - but it’s SO true! It has a 24inch LCD, 2.8Ghz Processor, 4GB of RAM, built-in iSight Video, built-in Bluetooth, built-in Wireless, and a Super Drive DVD Burner. To quote Paris Hilton, “That’s HOT!” It’s going to be my primary video and podcasting system SOON!

After tearing myself from the iMac - it was time to meet up with Abdul. When it comes to graphics - this is the man! He and I have been working on project for a couple years - and it’ll be launching in just a couple weeks! Very exciting stuff - so stay tuned!

When I finished with Abdul - I couldn’t leave Columbus without hitting Chipotle and tearing up some Chicken Tacos. I like mine with rice, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, and then I smoother them with Chipotle Smoked Tabasco Sauce! Mmmmm! It makes my mouth water just thinking about em’! YUMMY!

All the way to Columbus - and all the way home - I was listening to Personal Development, making calls, and/or taking down voice messages for thoughts and ideas I couldn’t write down while driving. I feel it’s important to maximize your time - and a long trip is perfect doing all of the before mentioned tasks!

One of the last calls I made on the way home was to a new Blogini and Goldmine Team Member of mine - Mirisue Galindo. Mirisue is one of those people you want to watch out for! She’s hungry, teachable, motivated, and in search of Time and Financial Freedom! She’s also taking on a 90 Day Challenge of her own!
