Wes Wyatt - Day 28 of 90 Day Challenge - Excuses, excuses, EXCUSES!
It’s Monday October 8th, 2007 and Day 28 of my 90 Day Challenge.
Last week - I had the pleasure of being the Best Man in the wedding of one of my best friends. I’ve been on the run and haven’t done a posting and/or Vlog in several days - but what’s up so far is ready to view, rate, and comment on at YouTube.com! Feel free to go and catch up for when I’m FINALLY posting videos again!
And YES I realize I’ve been lacking on keeping things up-to-date! I’ll get better I promise - but for now I’m going to turn it into a posting!
Excuses, excuses, excuses!!! Can you relate? Life WILL throw all sorts of curve balls at you - and you NEED to be ready for em’! Even though everything that has happened over the last week or so has had the added benefit of being the truth and required attention - it’s ALL still excuses as to why postings and Vlogs didn’t get put up! Subscribers coming to YouTube.com, MySpace.com, your Blogs, and/or anywhere else you’re doing regular posts - want REGULAR content! Although they may be sympathetic to challenges you’re having - they’ll stop coming if you don’t stay fresh!
As an example - take your favorite TV Show. What if you tuned in every week - and the same show was airing and/or there was just dead air? How many times would you come back? Not very many times!
Life happens to EVERYONE! But how YOU react to it is what puts you behind, in line with, and/or ahead of everyone!
Today one of my mentors - Dennis Karganilla of MLM Goldmine- did a video training that included a great message. He was at a Skate Park and said there were a bunch of people there - but one person had everyone watching him. The other kids were asking him, “Are you a pro?” And the kid responded, “No - I just skate board A LOT more than everyone else.”
WOW! How incredible is THAT for an answer?!?
But it’s true in almost EVERY niche!
Yet another one of my mentors - Jim Rohn - says, “If you do something often enough - a ratio will appear.”, “Once a ratio starts - it tends to continue.”, “You learn more by losing - than by winning.”, “The Law of Averages can increase.”, and “You don’t have to bat 1000 to be successful. 1 out of 3 hits is sufficient (You’ll be rich striking out 6-7 times out of 10 times at bat!).”*
It’s all a numbers game!
Taking action, swinging, and continuing on is the answer!
Join me tomorrow - October 9th, 2007 - for The Tuesday Rant!

You’re absolutely right. The harder I work and the more I work the luckier I get.
