Wes Wyatt - Day 17 of 90 Day Challenge - Time
It’s Thursday September 27th, 2007 and Day 17 of my 90 Day Challenge.
I don’t have a Vlog up for Wednesday - but what’s up so far is ready to view, rate, and comment on at YouTube.com! Feel free to go and catch up!
I was on my own this week! My wife was gone from Sunday afternoon until tonight. So when that happens - it means Daddy is also Mommy!
So when people say, “I don’t have the time.” - I want to respond, “HOGWASH!”
Here’s the thing. I’ll make you a bet that almost everything you’ve ever REALLY wanted (Especially something that didn’t cost you anything other than time…) - you were able to work your schedule around it.
My day is more hectic than most - but I still find (Or MAKE!) the time to do what I want!
Here’s a breakdown of my Monday - Friday:
- I wake-up around 6am. I check my emails, plan my day, give thanks for what I have, and stretch.
- At 7am - I get my 4 and 5 year olds woke-up, fed, washed-up, teeth brushed, dressed, hair combed, lunches packed, and school stuff ready.
- Between 8 and 8:30am - I drop the kids off at daycare.
- From 8:45am to 10:45am - I hit the gym.
- I work from 11am to 4pm.
- I pick up the kids from daycare around 4:15pm.
- Around 4:30pm - I make dinner.
- I either help my wife with or give the kids a bath myself.
- I either help my wife with or get the kids in their pajamas myself.
- We have family time with the kids until 8pm.
- I work from 8pm to 11pm (Later if needed).
- I sleep around 6 hours - and then I’m back up ready to swing at the fences!
Even THIS posting is being done at 2:15AM!
So you see…the time is there! And since I have NO idea when God is going to have me kick the “Oxygen Habit” and take me home - I go at it hardcore each and every minute of the day!
With that said - what are YOU going to do with your time? Watch it go by? Or are you going to start living EVERY minute as if it were your last?
Whatever you decide - make time to love and laugh A LOT!
I’ll see you TODAY for day 18!
