Big FitRULES Announcement/Victory for Day 11!

On Thursday I wasn’t able to weigh myself on our home scale.  Last night I had a Fit Bodywrap Session for 60 Minutes and…

Today, I was OFFICIALLY able to weigh myself for the first time today on our Fitbit Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale!  Previously it would read “MAX” and turn off.  FYI – that’s scale language for, “GET THE HELL OFF OF ME!”  I’m at 346.7 lbs.  Unfortunately, I don’t know where I started – but NOW I have a solid number to count down from!

Was it due to the body wrap?  I can’t say for sure.  But – I DID go down at least 3+ lbs in a day.  And the only thing I did differently was the body wrap – so I’d say, I think it DID!

I’m going to go back as much as possible to see if the trend continues!  I’ll keep you posted as to how it’s coming along!

My current goal weight is 250 lbs.  It’s definitely high enough.  Will it be LOW enough?  I don’t know – but will adjust my goal weight as I go along.

Because I’m under the weather – I skipped hitting the elliptical for the day.  If I’m not sneezing and congested – I’ll resume tomorrow.

As of the time of this post – my calorie intake was way below my target:

1675 In | 3113 Out | 603 Left For The Day (Not bad for a non-workout day!)

FitRULES | Day 10

Today was rough!

Let me preface that by stating – I have a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder and I have tear between my 5th and 6th vertebra. Even though faced with constant pain and being uncomfortable – it’s usually bearable.

The funk (virus/cold) that’s been going around has made its second stop in our house and my nose wouldn’t stop running.

Add my asthma – and getting on the elliptical wasn’t much fun!

Good lord! I think I just wrote a country song!

All of the above considered – I STILL shaved 48 seconds off of my 2.51 miles time from yesterday!  Not too shabby for an aging, injured, sick, and fat guy!

When I got home – my back was getting sorer by the minute.

My wife asked me if I’d like to go and try a Fit Bodywrap.  It’s supposed to help with detoxification, weight loss, and pain relief. She HAD me at “Pain Relief”!

I did it – and I have to tell you, it was very relaxing!  I fell asleep twice!

And so far as sweating/detoxing – there was PLENTY of that!  I’d most certainly do it again.

My calorie intake was way below my target:

FitRULES | Day 9

Yesterday just about took me out!

Today I was sore – but felt pretty good once it was time to workout.

I went to the gym early (Around 1:30 pm) – and it was just about empty!  Which is just the way I like it!

I shaved 2:18 minutes off of my 2.51 miles time on the elliptical from yesterday!

Moving to a daily 5K the beginning of next week – will be tough, but doable.

At the time of this post (5:45 pm) – my calorie intake was way below my target:
