FitRULES | Results Week 4

Weight and Measurement Results Day is here!  I’ve been on this new lifestyle since January 31, 2017 – so this is Day 25 (So not quite 4 weeks – but I rounded up).

 

 

 

My primary measurements to start and today (25 Days Later):

Chest      56″ | 52″   – 4 inches down
Stomach 58″ | 54″   – 4 inches down
Waist      50″ | 48″   – 2 inch down
Thigh     29″ | 28″    – 1 inch down

My starting weight is unknown – but I’d say I was between 360 and 370 (So I don’t know exactly how much I’ve lost total.  But the amounts below are 100% correct subtracting down from the 350 lb. max on our Fitbit Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale.)

Last Friday – I weighed 337.7.  Today I weigh 329.7.

At least – 21 POUNDS and 11 INCHES DOWN!  BOOM!

I’ve done 13 Fit Bodywrap * Sessions so far – and can DEFINITELY say they’ve attributed to my weight and inch loss!

FitRULES | Day 24

The message for today is a powerful one!

“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” – Jim Rohn

Your only place to live?!?  That means you DO NOT want to get evicted!

So to avoid that – you’re going to need to take charge of a few things.  And I don’t want to sound like an old guy talking – but the younger you are, the easier it will be!

Not the actions themselves.  Getting to the gym.  Eating food for fuel – rather than fun.  Getting the proper amount of sleep.  And much more!  Those can be difficult for everyone!  What I’m talking about is the

Just to name a few – what I’m talking about is having a faster metabolism, being able to build muscle, and/or little to none and/or extremely fast recovery times.  When you’re young – you take these things for granted.  But the older you get – the harder it gets.

So take care of your “home” early and often!

They say, “Bad habits are hard to break.”  But you know what else is hard to break?  GOOD Habits!

Get in the good habit of exercising regularly and eating a balanced diet – and you’ll be well on your way to being a happy “home” owner!

FitRULES | Day 23

Two things happened today that will affect the future of these posts.

One – a mentor of mine – Zack Crawford – was talking about how many marketers have it wrong when it comes to their marketing.  He pointed out “It’s all ego-driven.  It’s all about that person.”  I don’t consider myself to have a big ego  – BUT, I DO want my content to have a different slant to it.

Before I tell you what that is – let me give you the second thing that happened.  Right after listening to Zack’s message – my Fitbit Surge DIED!

How does that relate to Zack’s message and the future of posts?

I was posting MY Elliptical Times.

I was posting MY Calorie Intake.

Me, me, ME!

As a record or diary-like entry for me to look back on – the posts are very helpful.  But when I looked at them from the eyes of someone I’d like to engage with – they were way too me-centric!

So I’m going to change up the way I post going forward.
