FitRULES | Day 16

Before I go into my day – I’d like to stake claim to a victory.

Our kids attend Wednesday Night Church – and it was our turn to feed everyone, so my wife decided pizzas would be best (It’s a top pick among ALL the kids AND freed us from having to cook for 30 people).

I went to pick up the kids – and what did they have?  Almost 2 full pizzas!  One of my BIG weaknesses/temptations!  The car smelled DELICIOUS!  I brought it in, transferred each incredible piece from box to frig container, and come down here to my War Room to blog.  Without one taste of pizza!  I won’t say it was easy – because it wasn’t!  But I know it’s not good for me – and would take lots of time to make up for eating it on the Elliptical.  So take THAT pizza!  I win this battle!

My day started with 30/30 Protein (30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up), 1 Tablespoon of Coconut MCT Oil, and heading off to the gym.

I tried AGAIN to hit a fat burning heart rate zone.  It’s HARD going that slow on the Elliptical – but I slowed down EVEN MORE from yesterday!  After looking at my watch 400 times during the workout (Trying to stay at a certain heart rate) – I STILL couldn’t go low enough for fat burning!  Almost my entire workout was logged-in under Cardio.  Once again – I was able to control my breathing much easier and my sweat was cold during the workout.  As previously stated – I don’t know if that’s good or bad – but it felt good.  What I’m going to do now is just keep things slow and steady – and not worry about where my heart rate zone is.

After a visit to the sauna, hot tub, and shower – I went straight from the gym to a Fit Bodywrap * appointment again today.  Again – it was HOT today.  This combo of doing a 5K, hitting the sauna and hot tub, showering, and then doing the wrap is a sweat producing machine!

I’m going to do a weight and inches report (Hopefully for a LOSS!) on Friday after I get back from everything.

My calorie intake was way below my target:

10 Days in a row UNDER Max!  BOOM!

I’ve found myself eating 2-3 larger meals.  I’m going to see how spreading that out over 6 meals works.
