Today – I started my day off with going directly to the gym (After I took my Coconut MCT Oil and 30-grams of protein).
I wanted to do 3.1 miles (5K) within a fat burning heart rate zone. It’s HARD going that slow on the Elliptical! After looking at my watch 400 times during the workout (Trying to stay at a certain heart rate) – I STILL couldn’t go low enough for fat burning! Almost my entire workout was logged-in under Cardio. It looks like I’m going to have to lower my heart rate to about 110-115 to hit that fat burning zone. One thing to note – I was able to control my breathing much easier and my sweat was cold during the workout. I don’t know if that’s good or bad – but it felt good.
After a visit to the sauna, hot tub, and shower – I went straight from the gym to a Fit Bodywrap appointment. And that was HOT today! Check out this post from https://www.facebook.com/fitrules I posted:
