Well it’s Day 2 of my 90-Day Challenge!

I’m in good company right now. Several of my OHANA Brothers and Sisters are also taking on 90-Day Challenges of their own. What’s OHANA? If you have young children (I have a 5 and soon to be 4 year old) - you already know! If you don’t - it’s mentioned in the Disney Cartoon “Lilo and Stitch” as meaning “Family and no one gets left behind”. OHANA is the motto of MLM Goldmine - the marketing and mentoring group I belong to.

Even though it wasn’t part of the beginning of my 90-Day Challenge - I decided last Wednesday to stop drinking coffee. Today is officially 1-week I’ve been off the bean! I’ll still treat myself now and again to a cup - as a reward or treat. Living in “One of Ohio’s Best Kept Secrets” - New Bremen - there isn’t a Starbucks within 60 miles! So it shouldn’t be too much of a temptation!

I hit the gym today - and worked out for 30-minutes on a Precor Elliptical. On the Weight Loss Setting - I burned 450 calories and my distance was 2 miles. After that - I did 15-minutes in the Sauna and 15-minutes in the Jacuzzi. Man did that feel good!

I weighed myself today at the gym. The home scale wasn’t cutting it anymore! I step on it and get ERROR! I wish I were joking - but I’m not. So on the scale at the gym I clocked in at 328lbs. I’m almost 6′4″ - so I’d like to drop about 80 pounds. At 250 with some added beef - I’m a lean mean fighting machine. So - that’s gonna be the goal.

And in watching my Day 1 Video on YouTube.com - I need to take a cue from Osama and break out the Just For Men Goatee Dye! I am GREY!
