Day 3 Already? Man time flies!

Today’s post is going to be on a new “F” I neglected to mention - Focus. But first - lemme give you my progress for today…

Today went great! I hit the gym again today and I’m proud to say that doubled my visits for the month to 2 visits! Once again - I headed straight to the Precor Elliptical and banged out another 30-minutes. I did bump up the level today - so it was harder. I stuck with the Weight Loss Program and when I was done I’d burned 460 calories and had went just over 2 miles.

Well it’s Day 2 of my 90-Day Challenge!

I’m in good company right now. Several of my OHANA Brothers and Sisters are also taking on 90-Day Challenges of their own. What’s OHANA? If you have young children (I have a 5 and soon to be 4 year old) - you already know! If you don’t - it’s mentioned in the Disney Cartoon “Lilo and Stitch” as meaning “Family and no one gets left behind”. OHANA is the motto of MLM Goldmine - the marketing and mentoring group I belong to.

I’ve been running my mouth about it - and now it’s here! Day 1 of my 90-Day Challenge!

I want to work on the F’s” in my life -

• Faith -I put God above all else! It’s my belief that I wouldn’t have anything without my faith!
• Fitness - I put this “F” in front of Family because I figure without great physical health - you won’t be around to enjoy Family!
