The title of this Blog is “New System”. I did that because I realized wanting more Time Freedom, Family Involvement, and Faith Activity were three of the MAJOR reasons I began this 90 Day Challenge. Also – even though I want to work harder than ever – I also want to play harder than ever! So my focus will be Monday through Friday from here on out.

Wes Wyatt – Day 3 of 90 Day Challenge – Focus

Today’s post is going to be on a new “F” I neglected to mention – Focus. But first – lemme give you my progress for today…
Today went great! I hit the gym again today and I’m proud to say that doubled my visits for the month to 2 visits! Once again – I headed straight to the Precor Elliptical and banged out another 30-minutes. I did bump up the level today – so it was harder. I stuck with the Weight Loss Program and when I was done I’d burned 460 calories and had went just over 2 miles.

I want to work on the F’s” in my life -
- Faith -I put God above all else! It’s my belief that I wouldn’t have anything without my faith!
- Fitness – I put this “F” in front of Family because I figure without great physical health – you won’t be around to enjoy Family!
