In the last two weeks - we’ve had Tropical Storm Ike (www.weswyatt.com/blog/tropical-storm-ike-hitting-new-bremen-ohio) and a 2.9 Magnitude Earthquake (www.whiotv.com/news/17586668/detail.html)!
Is this Ohio or California?!? Geez!
Due to some Power and Internet Issues - I FINALLY have some of the footage from Tropical Storm Ike rolling through New Bremen, Ohio earlier today. It was one heck of a storm!

Every night - part of the prayers I do with our children contains, “…all the people in the storms…”.
My kids USE to ask me what was meant by that - but after the last couple of weeks they understand all too well!
So if you’re reading this and haven’t added that part - please do! If you already have it in your prayers - please give it a little extra attention while needed. And lastly - if you’re one of the people affected by the before mentioned storms - our hearts and prayers go out to you my friends!
Looking at the date - it’s incredibly hard to believe that 7 years have passed since the 9/11 Attacks.
I remember being on the way to the grocery store and hearing a plane had hit the World Trade Center - and was thinking it was a Tour Plane or something small that would cause minimal damage at best. It wasn’t until I come back out of the store that news of what REALLY happened made its way to the news. People in the Parking Lot were frozen on their Cell Phones. Just then my Cell Phone rang and it was my wife telling me what happened - and asking me to return home immediately.
